Services for Business
The School of Arts, Media and Education is keen to provide business, educational and artistic communities with access to the skills and experience we offer our students on the courses we run. We are also keen to develop new courses with partners and employers; these could range from short courses to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees including Doctorates.
With the rate of change being so fast, the need for people in businesses and organisations to update is stronger than ever and it is often the ability to keep at the cutting edge that survival and success depend. As individuals we need to continuously develop our skills and knowledge to be able to work effectively and efficiently in our changing environments. The University of Bolton has a long history of involvement with local, regional, national and international communities and has been consistently rated as one of the top institutions in the country for providing people with access to education. We are used to working with people from all walks of life, nurturing their talents, inspiring them and helping them to achieve their goals. We have extensive experience and skills in many areas of work as well as teaching and training. We are used to designing and delivering high quality teaching and training, and working with our learners to ensure we meet their needs. We have particular expertise in working with employed students to deliver programmes flexibly via e-learning and part-time attendance so they can balance the demands of a career, home and study.
