Before you send us your application check that all of the sections are fully completed, please check on the guidance notes if you are not sure.

When you are ready to send us your application you must include photocopies or scans of:

• Certificates for all education you have completed from the age of 11.
• Transcripts/result slips for any current courses you are doing.
• Passport

Please note that if you are waiting for your results an application can still be made and your offer will be conditional until we receive a copy of your results.

It is our policy that you should not send original documents and we do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any original documents that are received.
