The International Centre will provide a setting for research and development and will deliver Masters and Doctoral level programmes along with Post Graduate Certificates and Diploma. The Centre’s postgraduate courses and signature School Improvement and Leadership programmes reflect a distinct educational philosophy that emphasise capacity building, personalisation and globalisation. One of the innovative features of the Centre’s work is not just to provide local educational support, but also to demonstrate how a model for a University based, research focussed Laboratory School and Centre can have systemic impact in the pursuit of excellence and equity. The Laboratory School will sit alongside other partnerships across a range of educational providers from Early Years to Doctoral study, to ensure that all work and research is firmly based in practice.
