The pandemic has had a profound effect on the social care sector, the people who work in it and those they provide services to. Whilst they have found many different and innovative ways in which they can continue to offer their vital services to individuals and working under the restrictions put in place to keep everyone safe, the events of the last year have thrown up some areas where there are issues.
