Helen began working in the sports science lab as a Laboratory Demonstrator in 2016, after graduating with a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree from the University of Bolton. She continued with her studies and is now undertaking her Master’s in Strength and Conditioning. Helen’s role involves assisting lecturers and students during practical sessions and working within the Athlete Development Centre. She provides strength and conditioning sessions to athletes and alongside her colleagues provides various professional teams with pre-, mid- and post-season testing.
