Location - Bolton, Greater Manchester
Keith began his career as an International Sales Manager, having successfully completed his degree in Business, languages and IT at the university of Wolverhampton. Keith worked for a number of industrial, commercial and military manufacturers which gave him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world and to meet with many high-ranking officers and foreign dignitaries.
Throughout his early career Keith was involved in the design and manufacture of hi-tech systems and this led to him eventually turning to the education sector in an aim to inspire the next generation of computer scientists and engineers.
Keith has taught within a wide range of educational settings, including specialist provision for students with special educational needs and students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Keith is fascinated with the teaching and learning process and this led to him completing his MSc in Psychology at the University of Bolton.
Research Interests and Research Subject Specialisms:
Keith is interested in cyberpsychology and the use of technology to support psychological research, he recently completed a study inside virtual reality into the effects of social isolation during lock-down. Keith is keen to continue to develop research into the use of virtual and augmented reality within psychology.
Teaching specialisms;
Keith is an experienced educationalist with many years’ experience teaching within the fields of computing & cybersecurity, digital technology, project-based learning and business.
