Lecturer - Advanced Clinical Practice

Jennifer is a lecturer in the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing, teaching and supporting postgraduate students on the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice course, including the Apprenticeship pathways.

Jennifer is a Chartered Physiotherapist graduating from the University of Salford in 2008. Practicing within the NHS for 10 years across different clinical areas before specializing in elderly falls and rehabilitation/respiratory. Jennifer undertook further study completing her MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2014. Following this, she took a role within the private sector working with musculoskeletal injuries where she still practices today.

Jennifer joined the University of Bolton in 2016 teaching clinical skills across different Advanced Practice modules. Since arriving at the University, Jennifer has undertaken CPD modules to enhance her Higher Education teaching activity and continues to contribute to research undertaken within the Programme.
