Vickie Arnison

Lecturer in Nursing

Vickie is a registered Adult Nurse with a background in community nursing practice. She has completed her BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and additionally completed mentorship and prescribing programmes.

Vickie completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Specialist Practitioner District Nursing in 2020. She joined the University of Bolton in 2022, as a lecturer in nursing, teaching on the pre-registration nursing programme. Vickie is a personal tutor, academic assessor and module lead. Vickie is currently completing her Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching in Higher and Professional Education.

Vickie has a strong research interest in providing evidence-based practice for patients within their home environments and developing pre-registration nursing education. Vickie is currently researching, with a planned publication, of developing academic abilities for level 4 nursing students at the University of Bolton.
