University of Bolton, why we are the right choice
Location - Bolton, Greater Manchester
A lecturer in Early Years Childhood Studies, predominantly teaching Foundation Degree modules, which include Safeguarding Children, Developing Young Children's Health and Well-Being, Leadership and Management and Facilitating Children's learning.
I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and have completed the PGDE at the University of Bolton in 2013. Prior to this, I worked years in the FE sector teaching both Further Education and Higher Education Courses in Liverpool and have over ten years of experience working with young children and their families.
I am currently studying an MA in early Childhood Studies at the University of Chester and have a research interest in supporting two-year-olds, ethics and values in the early years. I completed a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies also at the University of Chester.
