Staff Development aims to provide a wide range of learning and development opportunities to ensure that all staff reach their full potential. Our development opportunities include apprenticeships, classroom and online training, leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring.
If you are currently employed and want to study at the university level to improve your skills whilst still earning a full-time salary, an apprenticeship is a perfect choice for you. Anyone can apply for an apprenticeship, regardless of qualifications or previous experience. Apprenticeships are funded by the government and your employer, so there are no tuition fees.
