Offered in partnership with the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) NHS Trust, the University of Bolton’s BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science degree equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Paramedic. Over three years, experts will guide your transformation into a paramedic practitioner. Modules focus on intellectual development, clinical judgment, and competence in performing essential paramedic skills.
Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary course prepares you to assess, diagnose, and manage patients of all ages, considering situational and environmental factors. You’ll gain experience in providing care under emergency (blue lights) and non-life-threatening conditions, learning to equip, maintain, and operate emergency vehicles. We aim to develop you into an effective clinician capable of handling a wide spectrum of emergencies, from cardiac arrests and traumas to chronic conditions and mental health events.
The MBA Global Healthcare Management is a career development programme for senior healthcare practitioners seeking to enhance their management expertise. Supported by published clinicians and management experts, you will develop advanced skills in business, management, leadership, quality improvement, and research. This programme is ideal for those with some management experience looking to advance their careers in healthcare management.
