STEP 2

Embark on a fulfilling career in healthcare with the University of Bolton's Nursing and Midwifery degrees, offered in collaboration with NHS Foundation Trusts. As a nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing health and wellbeing, equipped with essential skills gained through our programme. Midwives provide vital care and support throughout pregnancy and childbirth, and our NMC-approved degree routes prepare you for this rewarding profession. You'll acquire comprehensive knowledge and practical experience while ensuring high standards of patient care.

For graduates with extensive care-related experience looking to advance in nursing, our MSc Nursing (Adult) (Pre-registration) degree is open to graduates from all disciplines. It's ideal for those with significant care-related work experience and a strong commitment to improving people's health and wellbeing. Alternatively, the university Post-registration degrees provides an in-depth understanding of clinical practice, research, leadership, and quality improvement at the postgraduate level, fostering your development as a future nursing leader.

Prepare for a dynamic and impactful career where you can make a significant difference in healthcare.

  • Lecturers with real-word experience in primary, secondary and tertiary care.
  • Extensive range of NHS placement experiences available.
  • Once you've successfully completed your degree, you'll be eligible to register as a qualified Nurse or Midwife with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council), or as an ODP with HCPC (The Health and Care Professionals Council).

Facilities

You'll have access to state-of-the-art clinical simulation suites and immersive environments.
