• Warm-Up Right: Before you step onto the field, court, or track, spend a few minutes warming up. It's like telling your muscles and joints, "Hey, get ready; we've got work to do!" Start with light exercises like jogging, jumping jacks, or even brisk walking. Gradually increase the intensity to prepare your body for action
